Full and bright sounding shekeres made from good quality resonant calabash gourds. Gourds can be ordered seperately, available when choosing options.
Made using plastic beads - however any alternative material or colours / designs are available, so please ask!
In traditional Yoruba music, plain gourds (Agbe) are also played by a percussionist wearing metal rings - plain gourds available for this, or for making your own shekere too!
